Yeah, 92Nsx had this issue. Apparently 90+ gauges will not work on anything 89 and below. There are also a few differences in the circuit boards, including the airbag warning light. What you can do since your engine is an 89, is once you source an NA 90+ cluster, you can swap in an 89 turbo...
