Ok, so Ive gotten all the windows off except the hatch, I tried the Ammonia and the garbage bags but its just real flakie (almost like glitter) this stuff is pretty old and assuming its been on there for a long time. Is there anyway I can "scrub" it with anything and just keep flaking it off or...
yea thats what I was reading about, but it said you have to be really carefull not to hit the defrosters when scraping, it also said it has to be on a warm day but since everyone on here says it works better on cooler days ill try that because the temp here is anywhere from 30 to 60 degrees...
does anyone know the best technique for removing window tint is? Its been on my car ever since I've owned it, and was put on really well but its getting so old its been starting to fade and scratch. I know using a razorblade works but what about using something along the lines of fingernail...
I have a JDM N/A swap too and I have several plugs that are like that, but Im not pulling any codes though, before you start doing anything critical make sure one of those are not your knock sensor connector and the first one is your tems connector.
Ok, since its getting cooler out my windows have been fogging up alot more than normal. Mainly on the hatch and the small side windows though, its really starting to get on my nerves and Im not sure why its fogging up so bad... maybe the hatch seal or taillight gaskets? what would be the best...
I installed XM on mine, I actually pulled out the back seats, the center console, all the back hatch stuff, and pulled up the carpet. I Know it sounds like a lot of work but I did all of my audio work at the same time. And I put the little magnetic intenna on the hatch's black trim at the top.
lol so i was right, mine had the same problem but I got MKIV Cusco pillowballs to fit, much bigger difference from the stock ones, glad to hear you fixed it:biglaugh:
Ok, what would be the best device that I could use in my N/A, I can tell I'm running pretty rich and Im not pulling any codes. I think its because of my fuel pump giving it a little to much. Ive been looking for a something that I can install and tune myself. I do know wireing due to my dad...
ok, so i decided to get them and try it, They were a hassle to get in, but they did work and with some moddifacation they fit like a glove, wether their worth the hassle or not i dont know, but they do work a lot better than my worn stock ones
so that would that be ok if I drilled out the holes a little bit? the stock ones that are in there right now are a bit too small so Im thinking the they should fit perfect if the bolts are a bit bigger.
If you watch Ebay closey or the forsale section on here every once and awhile you will find a really good deal. I got a brand new set of H&R's for 200 with shipping
