    When I got my jdm motor I was taken apart from top to bottom, all gaskets and seals replaced, titan head gasket with apr bolts. At the very least you should have done the head gasket.

    Most good welders can weld to the broken bolt and remove it. Steel weld won't stick to the head so the bolt should come right out. If not drill and tap. It takes a lot of time and skills but it works. If you’re going to drill get a set or new good bits start with the smallest bit you feel ok...

    Low Side " blue cap" with car running and ac on, make sure you have a gauge on your can, pressure should be between 35-45 on a cool day, 45-60 on a hot day.

    what 87na said you need some gauges hooked up, i would look into a r134 conversion, i did mine 2 years ago it's been great.

    What he said, it's a bad idea to remove it, there is a reason you having to put water in the over flow often. a leak in the cooling system will cause high temps. also it's possible that your burning the water. also have your radiator cap tested a bad one will cause boil over.
