my jdm motor I got from NY block exchange was in great shape, took it apart and replaced all the gaskets and seals, installed titan metal head gasket, put it back together and it's been running great since this over a year and a half ago, if it blows I will swap in a 1J and talk trash about 7M's...

just wanted to say that flushing out 19 year old brake fluid makes you brakes feel great ;-) why did i not do this sooner.

yep looks like it's been sitting for some time, not to mention the NOS that's been run in it but it was cool to see one in person there bigger than the 7M in size.

here is a pic and for any one you likes these things i found this one in pick a part today i was shocked to see this thing under there when i open the hood looks like they ran NOS on it can't see any thing wrong with the out side of it but with nos being run in it there is not telling...

SO I installed the fuel pump and AFPR set it to 40 psi went for a drive, come home to check for leaks, damn a leak! right on the 90 that connects to the fitting that goes in the rail I hope it's just lose because I can't get a wrench in there, have to buy a crow's foot and tighten it down some...

Am also going to do a direct 12v from the battery with a relay, to the fuel pump, I have read some were that this helps. Not sure how but some thing about fuel pump efficiency with steady voltage.

With no safc changes idle was 16.5 to 17.7 I did not drive the car . Then I added in some fuel for hi and lo throttle I guess I added in to much because am seeing 10.0 at 12 psi, I only added 7% for hi throttle because my car was rich under boost with stock afm @10.2, at idle it's any were...

so i installed a lex afm in my car and, it idles lean 17.5 so i put in some fuel on the safc about 10% got it down to 15.3 have not driven it yet, but am on stock fuel system, what do you guys think get the whole works or tune it with the safc. i was thinking about getting it tuned by stage 6...
