i know what you mean, i kept those parts in because i wanted to retain some of the strength going to the lower lip area from the stock fins. plus, i didnt want to hack up the stock bumper too much, i love how it looks stock. but only 1/2 my intercooler was being hit.

i got my own little spin on the sogi short shifter mod. i welded the stock threads back on so, i can screw on the shift knobs. it bugs me if the shift knob moves around when i'm driving.
i've tried using the 4.30, not for me, i dont like the higher freeway rpms. it now collects dust among other crap sitting on the side of my house. besides, that's not going to help the ever present traction issue that i have too.
