I just PM'd my entry. I've lost this competition a bunch of times but I don't care. Eventually all the cars better than mine will already have their win.:)
I disagree. During the long winters up here my mind tends to wander all the time to other projects I could be doing. So far I always come back to the Supra with renewed enthusiasm. When this stops being true I will move on.
I have plans in the future to own a Corvette and possibly an LS1...
I too love the green mica but I don't think I would want it on my car. Whenever I see a picture or one the car looks dirty. Even when the car is perfectly clean, it still looks like a black car with a coat of dirt on it.
Is there any drawbacks to having a larger wastegate in high boost applications? This would probably make more sense for the guys who plan to work their way up the turbo ladder (if it is possible).
Ya, that includes the price of the car and all the maintenance. 9 grand in mods alone would be alot, but I also did body work and extensive maintenance. If I did it again I'd do it all the same. 4 years of ownership and no real issues to speak of.:)
