I'm all for MkII's and MkIV's.
Something I miss about ROTM was the different qualifications. For example, targa or hardtop only, N/A only, only blue cars, etc. While some people may think it would result in lower entrants, I think it might improve participation. I bet a lot of N/A guys...
I just gained a lot of respect for him. I personally don't give a fuck about celebrities. People who obsess over them need to step back and think about what they see in these people.
Well it has been snowing like hell here for the last few days. Before tomorrow morning we should have an additional 30 cm on top of what we already had. I took some pictures cause I am bored as hell. lol
I am glad I don't have anywhere to go tomorrow until after 5.
So hows the weather...
This is so nice to see an introduction post that isn't completely useless. WELCOME!!!
I'm interested in your R134A stickers under your hood. I'm assuming you have had a retrofit done to the car? Does the A/C work? Anyways, good luck with the car and enjoy your time here.
I wish the Mk3 came with a 6 speed. The overdrive is so nice on the highway. However, I really don't think it is worth all the effort to swap it in. Williamb82 was working on a T56 adapter last time I checked.

If you are upgrading the intercooler I would recommend the spearco knock off sold by Driftmotion. It is the same style as the stocker but much more efficient.
I recently did my front bushings in all polyurethane and it made the ride considerable more harsh. I would not recommend nylon for anything but a track car. I just hope that when I finish the job with the poly in the rear that I can still handle driving the car.
I looked through his build thread but couldn't find what he is tuning with. It does say that he would be tuning the car though.
OP: Do you have a wideband for tuning with?
Found a useful link to fully explain NGK spark plug codes.

Damn, I found it and wanted to change it before I looked stupid...
Do you think the lack of resistor could cause that big of a problem? Regardless I would still change them out for the proper ones. Also, I checked and the plugs you were given don't match a 7MGE either.
Ok I cross referenced the spark plug number on the NGK site. For a 7MGTE, they recommend Power Platinum BCPR6EGP gapped at 0.032. I don't know what that R changes but it might be a concern. I will look around on the site more and see what I find.
The blue LED's are probably the better option but if you want the easy route I'm sure you could make the EBAY faces work. To get rid of the blue circles you could just modify the back of the gauge face until the light no longer shows through. This should not affect their appearance in the...
I think the CCW 500 series has too think of spokes for the Mk3. They look amazing on Vette's and Mk4's but I just don't like them in that pic. I think the SP20's would be hot though. It has a nicer mesh pattern than the BBS IMO.
Oh, and the paint looks great. lol
It extends down to the floor and out a bit for more total volume. It clears the sub and sounds great with the targa on or off. I plan to redo it with something almost identical to Swaq's because I don't like having a hacked up trunk. I was smart and bought a second rear carpet and sub floor...
The Ideal gas equation would get you close but be careful with the assumptions made when using it. This equation neglects both molecular size and intermolecular forces (van der Waals). It is less accurate when using high pressures and lower temperatures.
A better equation would be the van...
