Afpr=Aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator (basic fuel pressure adjusting ability for compensating for upgrades too fuel system)
trans=transmission
afm=air flow meter...(usdm 7mgte uses karmen vortex)...turboA and jza70 don't use afm's I believe
bhg=blown head gasket...(get used to...
Oil in the hoses is normal as that is exactly why they are there.....the system sucks in gas/oil vapors and burns them...this helps keep oil clean as well as keep vacume on the block at all times (keeps oil in the engine)...
There is no valve for the pcv system although you can install check...
doing this by yourself is damn near impossible without a load leveler...this is why youre having troubles....
adam and id work together...one mans the jack and the other maneuvers the the load
This is how you tie up a 7m without a leveler with transmission still attached
this is in my garage which is small...Iwantmkiii and I have gotten damn good at pulling motors in shitty conditions...I have faith we could pull a motor in a closet by now lol
This isn't a hoist issue...it's a "you" issue! Most engine lifts large enough to reach the motor have issues with our cars ground clearance...you need to be prepared for this and do what needs to be done to get the lift's feet under the car...my good friend has the exact same lift from HF and...
Internals make zero change to pressure...only things that will effect pressure is:
1 bearing clearance
2 piston squirters
3 pump
4 pump bypass valve (shims come in here)
5 oil cooler setup
6 oil weight
7 oil temp
8 rpms
so what I want to know is how you get over 40 psi oil pressure.
How would you feel if your name was "phoenix"....personally I'd want to slap my mom for giving me such a gay name!
Sorry but no way in hell would I ever name someone that...that's just asking for your child to be harrased when he gets older!
How about you find someone parting out a supra in non rusting area such as AZ...get the good calipers then beadblast them, por15, paint then rebuild them...you'll have some nice working rear brakes...
I'm not understanding your questions I think.
You can indeed lap a block deck while motor is still in the car and together -head....but you need to inspect the deck for warpage first. If you plan on taking the motor appart then you absolutly have to get new piston rings and hone the cylinders as you can't reuse old rings and when you...
