This is very weird!!! I too have had the SAME problem, Im currently on my 3rd mishimoto radiator, 2 fans have broke off and went straight through the radiator. I figured I was the only one with this problem and havent been sure what exactly caused this. What have you told Mishimoto? Im now on...

Also im curious how would you check engine codes if theres no CEL light for them to be shown on? wire in another light? or am I over thinking?
