Hard to tell by the photo but it also looks like both the ports on the bsvs are broken off, which might have been the reason for the removed vac lines. If thats the case you will need a new bsvs valve as well.

I also have the same problem, it only happens when I am going 65+mph, like on the freeway. Just noticed it yesterday so I havn't had a chance to try adusting where Te72 said to.

Same thing happend to me, when I took out the old battery before the build it must have tripped the car alarm, when i put in the new battery the car alarm didn't go off but the starter wouldn't engage (from the alarm) So you lock the driver side door, wait a few minutes then unlock it. :)...
