This little tab is what you should have if your ddp is connected to the stock or stock like turbo. If it is missing then some exhaust gas will flow down the smaller pipe directly to the atmosphere, again not a real huge problem, might just sound like you have a small exhaust leak, and maybe you...

Since i find it hard to believe that all six injectors got stuck full open i'd say take a look at the ecu, maybe hook something up to it like a laptop so you can get charts and hard data. Possibly the fpr stuck? Not really my area of expertise just throwing out ideas.

What ddp do you have? I have the BIC ddp and the only flap thing i can think of on the ddp itself is the metal peice that divides between the waste gate and the exhaust wheel. Its just a metal tab that keeps the flows seperate. Are you talking about the waste gate as the 'door/flap' ...

Yeah ^ make sure to check both head and block for warpage since the PO might have over heated it if he blew the head gasket. For the ARP's (studs) screw them in finger tight, then with the head back on torque them down to what the instructions say, somewhere around 90lbs. After 5 or so heat...

I'd tell you that everything works absoluty fine on my 7m targa mk3, but then paradox would eat a hole in the ozone just big enough to microwave where my cars sits. So im sure something is wrong.
