Your welcome. After completing the first 2jz swap and already 1/3 into a 1.5jz swap, I feel like I know enough to be helpful. : p

It won't matter because you're using the 7mgte electronics and 7m ecu. The ecu only cares that it is an inline 6, 3.0L, and has a turbo on it, using all the sensors it needs. That's about it unless you go standalone or throw on a bunch of piggy-backs. There should be a thread around here about...

Update on this vehicle: I worked on it this past week and she runs pretty well now! Just clearing up some spark/misfire issues. The current owner has had it sitting for quite a while, but I'm glad we are getting back into it. Nice to see what this thing can do.

UPDATE - 1.5jzgte twin turbo in the works. Old 7mgte sold, but the Supra is still mine. Glad I kept her despite the rough times and doubts. Guess I'll have to begin updating this with pictures and updates on the evolution on my 87. : p

(assuming the MS question was open to being answered) I am going to run MS3, but I believe that wheel on the crank may not be what I need. I may be better off using one of their wheels (32 or 34) on the front of my harmonic balancer and custom mount my VR sensor.

The R154 should bolt up with the cross-member from the chassis as long as it's an R154 cross-member. The W58 is similar and will bolt to the chassis, but not to the trans. I had that same issue with my N/A chassis to turbo engine swap. Have any pictures of the trans cross-member? The 'mount'...
