If you weld on a 45 you can use a straight pipe to a 45 pipe to a straight pipe to a 90 coupler or pipe onto the intercooler. I will try to post a picture of mine later.

I had no problem at all with my rear energy bushing kit. You didn't bend the subframe mounting location getting the old ones out, did you? Or maybe bent out of place by the previous owner/shop?
I can't say I enjoy driving my Supra around town, being that I don't have a tune and the R154 being a rough vibrant piece of work. BUT I love driving the Supra fast on the track it could be my upgraded 13" Cobra brakes and full poly suspension that don't make this thing feel like such a body...
My mom has this engine in her TB, it seems to like to rev out (especially past the fucking shift points GM put in it) but it is of course very slow in a heavy SUV. I just checked the specs 275hp on mom's 04 TB, it feels nothing like it. I'm interested to see how it does in a much lighter form...
