There are a couple different connector I think 2 under the glove box area and some by the engine bay fuse box, I said fuck it and bought a new harness for the right year instead, it is so nice I highly recommend it while they are still available.

The best way would be to drill and tap a source into the compressor side of the turbo. (I really don't like putting it in a silicon coupler in case it gets weak from heat over time and may suck that fitting right through it.
