Another thing is the 1,2 shift fork breaks, and the pieces can go into the gears an reap havoc. Marlin Crawler sells a billet fork.
You could take apart the trans and try to figure out what went wrong.
You could get a good R154, strip it down and have everything cryo'd then rebuild it. No Idea how much this would cost. Theres always the GETRAG, but thats super pricy and is gonna put your shifter in your center console.
Clearly a 1jz head, but it says 3000 instead of 2500 on valve cover. Is this a1.5jz and you put the numbers on yourself, or am I missing something here?

Bumper assy is held on with 2 bolts. fasia is another 4 iirc. Removing them could solve this cheaper than buying a new hoist. May want to remove intercooler as well.
I got a duralast leveler from AZ for like 40 iirc. But again you get what you pay for. I wasnt happy with the leveler crank, but the end of the shaft was hex so I just took the crank handle off, threw a socket and ratchet on it. Viola! 10 times faster and less tiring.

Not bad....not great, but not bad. I wasnt exactly a fan, especially of that dash (at least it will never crack lol) but you clearly put a respectable amount of work into it.
