I myself was thinking about putting on a low-profile wing like you posted, since it's basically at the same height as the stock OEM wing, it should be doing something.
Honestly, if you're trying to go for performance enhancing equipment, the wing is probably going to be the last on the list since it's extremely hard to tell what it's actually doing without a wind tunnel or extensive testing.
