It does not have HID hi beams. Rather it has HID low beams and Halogen hi beams. I just can't figure out how to wire it up so I can get the factory controls to operate the low and hi beams.

I think the little valve you are referring to is a filter. I don't have one on my car and it works perfectly fine.

Stock ECU bit the dust so I don't have it anymore. I am hoping its just something silly and it will just fire up today. That is me being really optimistic because there is no reason why it shouldn't start. I got spark, fuel and a working computer so I think.

Well I think the issue at hand is he wants all the parts to complete the swap at once. This way he won't have to try and source the pieces missing.

You will definitely need to get rid of the stock twins and go single turbo in order to meet your goals.

Why swap out for the MK4 pump? I found the hydrofan to work excellent.

That is correct. One white wire to 12V and the other to ground. Then just connect the signal wires according to the Stinger wiring diagram.

To control my cold start my using a 12V air solenoid valve on the rpm based aux output. It works very well.
