Glad you have it running well. I know you're pissed about the AEM timing multipler. WTF. What a shitty way to lose 2 motors. Don't be discouraged. With octane, this motor likes a lot of timing to make power. Go hop on the dyno :).

I say, leave the cutouts.. but use the blur tool in phototshop to smooth out the sharp edges, and make it look less "cutout-ish". Other than that, great work!

I think your VTEC is broken.

It was very stiff, and luckily it was engaging correctly the first time I installed it. I just guessed on all of the adjustments. From there it took a good week to get it adjusted so it was somewhat drivable . It just takes a lot of tinkering.

Try lengthening the adjustment rod for the slave cylinder.

Honestly, it's a matter of preference. On my car, I ran methanol. When I wanted to turn up the boost and still be safe, I put some 110 in the tank. It probably wasn't necessary, but it sure made me feel better.
