Black paint is work. Its not for everyone. My engine bay is still red and I like the contrast. Paint it the color you truly love, and be prepared to work a bit harder if its black. My paint job is almost 5 years old, and not perfect by any means it still looks great contrary to another...

That tail piece should fit the USA cars just fine. It's made for the 86.5 to 88 lights that were standard in the USA. The European market never received the 3 piece style tails (89-92). cwd
