The above is what I would do, and will do soon. MKIII's have some of the best seats ever put in a car...
The transmission is fine. The pressure plate is buggered up. Seems to
have a weak spring. I should have used my brain and installed a new complete unit. My transmission guy said your old clutch was near perfect.
So now I wait until spring to change out the clutch.
How the 1jz?

I have the first front subframe set installed. Good stuff. Works well and it's super tight.
Was it fun to install? Hell no.
Ronnie, is a first class guy to deal with.

Idaho.
I agree with you. I'm all poly up front including the subframe mounts and the car is much tighter and rougher. I'd never put nylon on the car....time to buy a kidney belt. :)

Jet, I'm looking forward to some pictures of your install. Did you steam the foam before installation? When I worked for a shop, we would steam any old cushions and they would expand to their new condition (if not rotted).

I have Ronnie K's complete front Poly kit (I was the front subframe bushings first install) and it works well. I would not put nylon or delrin bushings as the poly is about as tight as I want to go.
Poly is stiff enough, and I have all stock underpinings.
