For a side note I live in Arizona (pretty hot area) and my car never over heated I also did not have a fan shroud or under cover I'm not sure if I'm lucky or what but I don't see a small crack in the shroud causing the car to over heat or a missing under cover

Yea i recommend not tuning in the closed looped. Also i would set the throttle points to 74% and 75% and only tune for wide open throttle VF will take care of the rest. So when tuning you will only be tuning the 75% or more throttle part of the fuel map. I would also jump on the highway and...

^^^ lol its stupid simple to remove the turbo with the engine in though.... I can see maybe doing the clutch how its just simpler to pull the motor and trans but the turbo..

Boost pressure changes the sound alittle bit. But I've had one hks and it was loud as all hell then switched to another (same setup and same type of bov) that was not as loud turned out the bov was leaking..
