bov question

what makes your bov louder?
is it the bov it slef or how you have the set up or even maybe your psi?

im asking cause i had a hks bov with a upgraded ct26 and it was pretty loud but know that i changed my turbo to a turbonetics and a different hks bov(due to piping)its not loud, like i barely hear it.
i know its blowing out air cause i could feel it when i put my hand on the bov.
i did change the bov to one my friend let me barrow but still could barely hear it.

any help??

Boost pressure changes the sound alittle bit.

But I've had one hks and it was loud as all hell then switched to another (same setup and same type of bov) that was not as loud turned out the bov was leaking..

i had a first gen the i swapped to a second gen hks bov to see if it would of gotten louder but no. so what can i do to make it louder?? change blow off valve?

i was thinking of putting a greddy type s bov (since i got one basically free)and try it one with both on there to see what what kind of sound i get
