just an fyi usually 1 bump per 24 hours is accepted. i have a ron r. ffim and i have not yet tried to pass emissions in dfw because i am currently out at school in nac. depending on age of car you can actually be exempt.

I think you are going to have an issue if you decide to lower it at all ever and even then you might rub during transitions. i have 18s and stock ride height i rub from time to time over extreme drops and changes in elevation

i was forced to remove the ac fans when i went ffim and it lead to a minor overheating issue that a larger rad fixed. i suggest you keep them and get a new fan shroud from toyota.

it depends if you are going bolt on and how much hp you are trying to hit. my personal favorite is the JT61GT. Good powerband with area to grow into. the best bet would really be set a hp goal at a certain boost, list your mods and ask again.
