I did check the wiring when you posted. i was actually doing that as i posted the first and also used what posted to check everything. And i do appreciate the help.

I installed it just like the TSRM said to with the drilled hole lined up with the notch and pushed it in. with the cams at TDC and the Crank at 0*

Okay so i drove to walmart picked up some starter fluid sprayed it into the throttle body and nothing changed at all.
Also the behavior does not change when i plug or unplug the CPS
OK so i got everything together and my car won't fire it cranks and you can here the exhaust burping but no cigar.
Fuel pump turns on with Fp and B+ jumped also seeing almost 40psi in fuel pressure.
I have aftermarket fuel injector clips (EV6 i think) and 560cc injectors off a evo 8.

I'm trying to replace my cps today my car is a 89 greyplug I was wondering if I can use a green plug CPS without issue I know it plugs right into my grey plug harness but does it work correctly ?
89-92 have a grey plug
87-88 have a green plug

Mine has a crack and I run it really hard mine is also a 60-1 with a big exhaust side clipping. I push 17psi through this thing with no problems.
Only issue I have is boost drop off witch shouldn't be related to this tho.

But most see 10psi some see 13psi others 9psi and so on..
I personally saw 10.5psi during the day and sometimes 12 at night on wastegate pressure. but this was also with a different...
