I cant really give you an exact answer relating to the 7m but I can speak from a 1JZ perspective. The TPS needs to be properly calibrated so make sure that is in order. Other than that just make sure the wires are connected properly and it should work just fine.
All I did for the idle was...
I am pretty sure the Sards are built by Denso correct? I have a set of Blitz 850cc drop ins and I had one that stuck open brand new. I am assuming I just got unlucky and it just needs to be rebuilt but I thought I would share that information. The Blitz injectors are built by Denso as well...
Personally I would stick with the stock crank pully/harmonic balancer. Unless yours has torn into a million pieces or you are making a huge amount of horsepower, the stock one will suffice.
Do you need a whole clutch kit or just the disc? The ones you are looking at for 400+ are the entire kit. I think the above poster was talking about just a clutch disc for that price.
Well I can help you with your map as much as possible but I have put many hours into my map and will not just give it away. I would start by taking out fuel if it is running so rich. You could also email me your map and I will take a look and make suggestions.

I guess if you don't know what goes where then you will find out when you remove it.... In all seriousness though if you plan on "overhauling" then I would advise you to get help from an individual that knows what they are doing.
I would be more than glad to help you. Give me a shout via email at 10secdream@gmail.com.
Send your stinger file to me and I will take a look. Also give me a list of mods ect.

You absolutely need something to tune with or your car will be pig rich. Those 550's are 33% percent bigger over stock 1JZ injectors. No wonder you are having problems.
I would try selling it to a VVTI owner. Honestly if Aaron put that much effort into it you might as well try and recover some costs and get an actual 1JZ harness built.
The factory injectors are wired in parallel so you will have to rewire the injectors to get this to work. You do not have to touch the wiring for the pnp harness just the power wires going to each injector. Like I said you need to put the pairs in series now. So pair up 1-4, 2-5 and 3-6.
