    where can I get

    make them yourself... HPF sells the EGR plates for $45... for that much, you can buy aluminum plate/stock and make them. all you really need is a drill, a hacksaw, and a file. also, i havent seen the CSI or IAC blockoff plates, just the EGR and J-tube.

    painting (by painting i mean spraybomb) is fine if you want matte color, if you want shine, powdercoat with clear is much better... imho...
