if your BOV flutters, maybe it's not getting the vacuum it used to, and the vacuum leak is causing your idle problems.. check all the main vacuum hoses and report back to us..

yeah, it looks like a larger version of the stocker... all you need is your old electronics, and to lube up the accordian pipe with soap or something, cause it's a tight fit..

Did you double check and make sure each coil has its spring? i know this might sound a little bit insulting, but it's possible as it happened to me (:D ), make sure you take off the spark plug galley cover, otherwise the tubes arent' long enough to reach the spark plug and you're running on 3...

maybe your cold start injector is acting up, and running too rich at start up, or something...

nope.. double check your OEM coils with your extended harness.. also, as mentioned before since you were having issues before the coilpack swap, you might have other problems instead.. check codes and report back..
