Okay ill keep that in mind but when i picked up motor the guy showed me that the motor turned over and you could hear popping from compression or thats what i thought it to be. Who knows how much it was turned over before that but since i have not turned the crank at all.

Really i was expecting more. Not so bad i only paid $1150 for it. Hey when it's done and running right it will bring more character to the car and myself :)

I gave the guy a call unfortunately he already used the money to pay his house payment lol. He's a nice guy and said he'd try and help out but its whatever i don't expect much. I'm sure the engine is still able to be rebuilt. How much does a avg stock rebuild cost on these motor you think...

LOl i actually have met the original owner who fucked this car..... It's pretty bad not gonna lie he got a lot of shit at the local Saturday night meets.

I bought a used engine shit happens I really don't feel right complaining about it

yeah taking it back is not a option. drilling them out seems like the only option now.. ugh what a pain oh well that life

So i went to take the Head off today. And well i found that about 7 of the heads on the bolts are stripped...

full engine gasket kit main bearings rod bearings piston rings oil pump wrist pin bushings valve job anything else i should do ?

Yeah i already Purchased it Clint :) but should i get the head and block machined ? since i'm just removing and cleaning ? I'm taking the head for a valve Job and clean. And i'm thinking i should do the Rod bearings.
