Some new bits for the Mistress showed up Thursday... they are already on the car, but I haven't taken any new photos other than these... YET. :D

Definitely a one time use. They only cost $3 each though, so if I have to take apart the coolant lines, it's only $6 to put it back together.

A few updates... Old hose clamps: Rather ugly, if I do say so myself. New hose clamps. These are thermoplastic, designed to clamp anything, even if the pipes are no longer round. Just slide them on, hit them with a heat gun, and you're done. In the engine bay itself: New billet steel...

Nice, however, some information is missing. Engine type, mod list... and the screenshot of the dyno specifies BHP, but your post says WHP. I'm inclined to believe the screenshot... Welcome to the list, teamslow.

The biggest reason this hasn't been done a lot is because it's a pain in the ass to set up. It's much easier to slap on a single turbo and go. Also, the folks who *have* done this, have lots of traction problems.

Excellent writeup. It's not often I'll agree to sticky something in the general section. How did you deal with converting the terrible plugs on the stock harness to the plugs for the digital dash? Splice in the new plugs? Or did you put together some kind of patch harness?

That V12 is one of the worst things to ever come out of BMW. It has two full computers, one for each six cylinders. It's basically being run as two engines. I'd love to have one, but the first thing I'd do is toss out the stock ECU and replace it with something aftermarket.

I realize you're talking about the sunshade. I'm saying that if anyone was to replicate anything, they'd start with the wing, and that hasn't been done either. The only Regulus part that's been attempted is the tail light covers, IIRC.

Very stiff springs, here. Not ideal, but it works.

I'll add nearly anyone on FB. Nice thing about FB is it's really easy to UNfriend their ass if they are a knob. As for 5 years and everything changing... well, everyone grows up. Except me, I have a condition known as Permanent Peter Pan Syndrome. ;)
