Funny thing is it worked great before the rebuild. Tune and everything is the same, just new turbo and fuel system. I've manually jumpered the fuel pump to build pressure and tried to start it...same issue.

Thanks! I told the machine shop to machine the timing case with the block, but they gave me some bullshit reason that they couldn't do it (in other words they forgot). I sanded it down myself, and took a precision straight edge to the deck surface to make sure it was low enough not to interfere...

I cut a notch in an old screw driver and used it to push the clip into place slowly around the radius. Just have to be careful not to scratch any important surfaces. You'll need to get it started with your fingers...you'll be sore for a couple days.

I really need to just drive it this year, so for now I think I'm going to get a junk hood and cut it/paint it. Next year I'll worry about it more. In the end I'd like to get one molded to fit around the turbo, but that's a lot of $$. Oh, and yes I'm super excited :) Nope it's a sethron long...

Fixed it! It was loose wiring that "fixed" itself conveniently when I was testing continuity :: angry ::. Only when I plugged it in did it pull out of the connector. All good! Thanks for the ideas though.

Plugs are gapped at .028 since I plan to boost it quite a bit. I checked plugs 2 and 5 and they looked good. I'll try swapping anyway.
