yeah it's for the diversity antenna that switches when the main one loses signal, or however that works.. my 89's antenna was broken off many ages ago, so the smaller antenna is the one i use...decent signal, but I don't listen to the radio very much anyway, so it's fine with me..

I kept the pre 89 lock by bending the bracket...too bad I found out the lock didn't work (I swapped tails a few hours after buying the car, so I didn't check it first)

everyone does it.. it's a bolt-on affair, except for two tiny trim holes, and you have to bend the pre 89 lock cylinder bracket..

it should, I know when I took off my headlights, I put them on wrong, and had to use this method to get them to close at the same time and position again..

While I completely disagree with whatever the hell you're trying to do, simply unplug one of your headlight motors, turn the knob a couple of times, and plug her back in... your headlights will no longer be in sync, and close/open at different positions...

My 86.5 and 89 are regular, my 92 is listed as salvaged due to a front end hit, airbag didn't go off, but this was back in '96 so who knows.. frame is straight and everything checks out, so maybe the owner didn't want it anymore.?

It's actually not mounted yet it's only held on with the lip.. you can see where the lip lifts up just slightly, that's where I'll have to cut... but Nick said it's simple, and to just use the upper bumper support bar, we'll see soon..:D

all NA's are 4.30, whether open or LSD.. pre 89 turbos are 3.91, and 89+ are 3.73... tranny doesn't matter..
