Saw this last night when a friend showed me. He posted back on the GT-R NA Owners Club where that duct came from. Most of them think its Functional but ugly though.

the dividers dont work very well with the two teeth in the grill directly above it because they are a completely different style. for GT-R money you'd expect a little more.

Looks fine, dunno what you guys are bitchin about...

Look at the old GTR's, they did stuff like this all the time...

the R35 GT-R is in a whole different class compared to the previous Skyline GT-Rs. This is part of the reason as to why they dropped the name "Skyline". A duct in that spot would look good on the R35, just not one that is designed to be used on a 1980s Supra.

Not really, it's still a gimmick car, just a lot of snobbish owners now. Like I said, it looks fine and fits right in with the goofy styling of the car...

IMO, it looks horrid.. the design of the duct does not fir the design of the front fascia. as far as the other skylines, the ducts were of a different design (integrated slots L/R), and they looked decent.. same goes for when the 180sx owners were installing turbo-A ducts, it looked good on a car from a similar time period.

the URAS duct that Nomuken's D1 R34 had might have worked out better.

I really should get onto fitting my turbo-a duct. I've had it painted and sitting in the shed for 6 months now! anyone out there have a DIY for it?

I'll buy one if he buys one first..

Jay, just wanted to say, you've spelled "Believe" wrong in your signature. It bothers me.

Im going to sit in the penalty box and feel shame for 2 minutes
