    what went wrong?

Kai is right. Your bearings are more then likely done for. Where did the milky oil come out of, be as specific as you can be when describing it please

    what went wrong?

Ok, well, no oil lines touched means no crossed lines. ;) Milky oil usually leads to a rebuild though man. So Im thinking you may have not torqued it quite to specs.

    what went wrong?

Find out the torqueing patterns and the proper lbs of torque. Check your lines, ALL OF THEM. Milky oil is a very bad sign, did you happen to throw any codes when you turned the car on? Dont run the car anymore, until you figured out whats wrong.

    what went wrong?

Ok, 1st, crossing coolant and oil = instant DEATH for a car. Milky oil is extremely bad. 2nd you need to find out the correct torque and torqueing pattern. If it wasnt torqued completely down, then it wont seal causing horrible conditions. Crossing lines is bad man, in fact its one of the...

    Rev Limit

It just wouldnt go anymore. Felt kind of like it was in a loop. It would drop about 100rpms then rev to 6300 again, then repeat the process. I didnt do it for to long, because I wasnt sure what might happen if I continued.

    Rev Limit

Ive read on quite a few forums that, increasing the rev limit, increases everything else the ecu does. Meaning fuel, rev, timing....so I would say if you do it, be prepared to make other adjustments as well. None of it is facts, just stuff Ive been reading....I want a rev limit of 7k rpms...

    1987 toyota supra question

yep, really painful for my pocket too. So, my advice, fix what IJ recommended and drive the car, if the noise still continues buy A.) a new c bearing (expensive) or B.) A new dshaft. Also check your bearings in the tranny. With the driveshaft making that noise, it isnt centered, so it will...

    1987 toyota supra question

Also, that slight thud is the carrier bearing telling you that its going to screw you over. Dont believe me? Mine started out as a thud also, now my driveshaft is non existent. haha. Stop driving the car or your carrier bearing will cause more headaches than you could possibly imagine. This...
