    i went to ft lauderdale for the boat show last weekend... i couldnt believe how hot and humid it was when i walked out of the airport, it was like walking into a sauna or something. i have no idea how you people can live there.

    try using a nipple with threaded ends in 1/8" NPT into the Tee, and then use a female-female 1/8" NPT adapter. http://www.mcmaster.com/ coupling: 4429K119 nipple: 4568K112 you should be able to grab them from a local auto parts shop.

    Stock exhaust manifold flange size?

    it's a ct-26 flange, not related to T3 or T4, etc. You can get adapter plates off of ebay, search around. Or you can use a gasket to trace out your own.

    there are several people running without it. you have to adjust the idle, but it's not a big deal.

    Deleting vaccum lines?

    I eliminated a bunch of lines, but I also ditched the stock TB, ISC, EGR, cruise control, and a bunch of other stuff. On a stock motor, just replace the old stock lines with the same size colored silicon lines, it makes the engine look snazzy!

    search around, many people have modified the stock pan by adding kickouts to the sides of the pan, and baffling around the stock pickup.
