How do I check the valve clearance ? I really don't want to break the seal on the head gasket.. Can I reuse the stock metal head gasket on the 1j ? Or will indeed to locate another?
I was thinking and talking about this last night also.
The engine speed was 400-450rpm at lowest and was bouncing too 550-600rpm whiteout me touching throttle then I would give it gas to around 900rpm
Also everyone ones opinion and thoughts are welcome and appreciated
The concept of 550/lex arm mod is that they are both 25% increases over the stock components so no tuning is required but however this sometimes is not the case.
A piggy back can be used but standalone is better.
Mart pro is the best piggy back on the market in my opinion. Maftpro.com
plugs look good and you can not hear it while cranking with no plugs
