Your ECU may need to re-learn idle after pulling the fuse. Don't be alarmed if it runs a little crazy for a bit after pulling the fuse.

A new crank and a balance job would give you peace of mind. If you have the means at hand, I would suggest you do that. It would rule out balance, and also rule out the threads in the crank.
