Yes it'll work. No it won't be worth it.
It won't be cheap, but it will be nice and clean which seems to be more important than function (which in this case is to look nice, so it guess it does succeed in that manner).
I think he's talking about the entire housing itself, not the bulb.
You can do what most folks do and buy ES300 foglights. Plugs don't match, but it's only 2 wires to splice.
I've got the exact same on my 89, I think it could actually be the CPS itself. Let me know if you figure it out, my car's been down for a while because of it..
Body work does look good, but it's not just tasteful.
There is hope, however, check out this build thread.

Here's my N/A 2jz. I didn't feel like going turbo on my DD (I will if I get the IS300 I've been wanting.)
93 2JZ out of an SC300, W58 with an IS300 bellhousing and 7MGE electronics.
A turbo engine has pressurized air. When the throttle body closes that forced air has to go somewhere. That's the BOV's (also called the bypass valve) job. There are many different styles but a good BOV is one that does its job and well. If you are on an AFM system (as 7MGTEs are) then you'll...
Damn Hondas are insane, my brother in law had an H22a Turbo 3rd gen accord with an integra type R differential or something another. First boost hit and threw you back, and then VTEC hit and it threw you back even more. Most insane car I ever rode in. He's the only reason I went turbo on my...
