recirculate your BOV, adjust your TPS and check for any leaks.
My car would stall if I shifted into neutral even with a recirculated BOV for the past three years. Turns out previous owner had messed with the TPS big time, and the screw on the TB. Now I can let off full boost, and it'll return...
Check your tps. Make sure the AFM screw isnt messed with as well as the screw on the throttle body. My car would stall after letting of boost, even with a recirculated BOV.
The hatch cable goes to a box, and it has a small lever and another cable coming out of it. Why they chose this I have no idea but it sucks and fails quite often...
If 90's are anything like 91/92's then you should replace the hatch cable with an 86.5-89 model. 91/92 (and possibly '90) cables are 2 piece and are made of fail.
The problem first of all would be creating 3 different molds for the wing alone, then sourcing the mounting hardware, nuts, bolts etc. especially for the sides, those would require their own, or maybe an adaptation of the original turbo hardware, but then again N/As never came with them. Then...
Definitely keep an eye out on eBay, Craigslist, clublexus and any local boards you can find for a part out. Chances are the theif isn't going to finish the wiring and actually drive it. A part out is almost certain.
