Eventually Toyota just made the ECU learn driving habits and adjust accordingly. So if you drive like youre with NASCAR then itll adjust fuel maps accordingly.
Bypass the damn thing. Find the control box between the gas and brake, and ground the orange/blue wire.
Of course, you shouldn't do this unless you have an aftermarket alarm.
a 1990 lower dash panel will not fit without swapping the steering column. You need to retain your pre 89 panel or swap steering columns AND the support for it..
