Was it loose when you got it? Meaning like less than finger tight. If so, call them and complain. If it wasnt, you really shouldnt have messed with that nut.

Thats who I called. I called 3 different dealers, and the last one would give me the info. The others wanted me to come in with the insurance card to make sure it was infact my vehicle.

You probably need a new Power steering pump or rack or something. I doubt its the column though.
