I assume by B1 you mean the postive lead of the clutch safety switch? Shouldn't have voltage unless it's in the start position, but it's also used for the cruise control...
You can pull the engine out without removing the driveshaft, but putting it back you'll need to at least unbolt the center support bearing to get it back in. Personally, I just remove it entirely so the slip yoke doesn't get damaged.
Nitro brings it's own oxygen to the fun, meaning they use a LOT more fuel. At full throttle, if combustion doesn't take place, they'll hydrolock.

Also, you shouldn't use a file to clean contacts. It will remove the coating on them and leave the surface rough causing more damage.

There's your answer :rofl: It's just blowing hot air at that point, not to mention you might not have the fuel... Usually lean/detonation causes failures.
1) If you're blowing out between cylinders with any MHG, you have issues that need to be addressed.
2) HKS Stopper is the only one that isn't build like the rest.
