3.73 is best the car i have now is a 1jz it came with the 4.10 it was to low. You was out of first before you had time to think. Went to 3.91 it was fun but still alittle to low in first. So finaly tried a 3.73 and love it. Car gets around 22mpg city and 28-30 highway if you keep out of boost...

A guy i went to high school with, built a custom 4-wheeler for racing. He made a custom frame,used a 600cc motor and a turbo off a dodge 2.2. It was very very nice, he had alot traction problems so it didn't have a good 1/4 time.But it did get him a scholarship to UK Engineer program.
Don makes a very good point. It takes alot of work and time to part out a supra and make any money. Alot of times people aren't just sitting around waiting for some to part a car out. There is always some one doing it already , it is some what a compation to sell parts for a reasonable price on...

Yeah it is hard to get one for under 1000.00 unless you can find a car local that you can just take the stuff off of. Shipping is what cost so much. Good luck
