there are 6 tires there, the 2 on the bottom are in bad condition, hardly any tread on them, but they are sawblades, which i used as a spare, but you can have them too if you want.
oh, i forgot to mention that the Motor comes with W58 tranny.. it's all attached and ready to go!
hey guys, i have a nearly complete 7MGE motor out of my 89 i got rid of. it was running fine before i pulled it out, which was at the beginning of the year. it needs a new wiring harness. i also have a very good set of stock wheels and tires are almost new. the wheels have been sanded to polish...
Well.... I hate to do it (again) but I am getting rid of my 89 Supra. I had a lot of fun with it, swapped in a 2JZ.. all the goodies. God knows how much i love these cars. After I sold my 87 I swapped a 2jz in, i thought I'd be able to stay away from Supras and move on. But I was wrong...
i love the NGK wideband. i have it now and it works great. it updates pretty quick and is very easy to calibrate. installation is very easy as well. this is the second one i have used. i had it in my 87 that i sold. the display is a little bright though, at night it can be distracting. but...

that i believe is what the plug looks like looking into it on the resistor side. pin 2 i think is the 12v input and the other 3, doesn't matter, are for the injectors. just pair up 2 injectors per channel.
but look at your pack, if the colors on the wires...
well, today was a pretty productive day. i played around with the BCC and i am finally building boost. i knew it felt like fuel cut, it would sputter and get really rich, no more spark. so now it builds boost, just needs some more work, a good tune and she'll be done. i am so happy i'm finally...
i don't get it. how can it start up great and then a coupe hours later, it won't start at all. and when it finally does decide to start, it runs like crap. it cuts out when i try to rev it. it ran great, minus the no boost problem. it even attracted a little attention, i had some guys come over...
there is a nipple from the head that goes to the throttle body, then other ones by the turbo, on the back of the engine. i need to get these plugged up with some good stuff, cause i don't want to be worrying about them all the time.
not till i get back from the desert. i will have $3k saved up. i'm definitely going to use every bit of it. i need to find a paint shop too, maybe one where i can paint it myself. i'm thinkin a dark metallic silver would look nice.
i should be able to get a reliable 500 rwhp and keep the engine...
now, i know this may be a little far from reality, but this is how i'm hoping mine will be someday. he's got 611 hp.
*has anyone ever bought leather seat covers from leatherseats.com ? i'd like to completely redo the interior. i need to replace the cracked dash and some other pieces. i'd like...
i've always used the XSpower manifolds. they fit fine. i got a big'ol GT45 in there but i have to have it clocked pointing into the hood to get the intercooler pipes to work.
if you use a T3 turbo, you obviously have to use an adapter plate to convert it to a T4, in which case ends up raising...
with the clutch i have, it kinda launches the car pretty hard, so maybe i can get a jump on him with that. hopefully the turbo lag isn't too bad.
* can i see some pics of your Koyo, PWR or any other aftermarket radiators you got, installed in the car. i'm worried about fitment issues. *
0-30 mph huh...... i'm thinkin 0-150 !!!!!!
ok, so i already have the water pump installed. do you think i should get the 2 small electric fans too? i think i threw mine out.
i'm gettin pretty excited about this. my buddy took me for a drive and it did feel pretty nice. suspension felt tight...
is the Koyo a pretty good fit? is there enough room to run a mechanical fan? space seems to be very tight, especially getting a thicker radiator. i already have the silicone hoses, will i need to modify them to fit the new rad. or should i buy new hoses?
i don't know what i need to use a mechanical fan. can i use my 7M assembly?
cause i found i can get a new shroud and get a new fan, i guess i'd be good to go.
Ok, so many of you know that I was trying to sell my 89 2JZ Supra. Well, that didn't workout, so I decided to keep it. I was debating on wether i should try to sell it again at a loss so i can try to get a G35, which means a $500/month car payment. Or put the necessary $3k into it to complete...
