i was avoiding videos cause i didnt think my iphone had the quality to really capture the sounds but actually it didnt do to bad, dont mind the pounds of kitty litter...she used to leak alot and i havnt swept it up yet.
its most noticeable the second time i let the clutch out...
sounds pretty much just like that.I had thought it was my throw out bearing also but the sound is practically silent when the car is first turned on.
And it's not always the same, if I step in the clutch it goes away, but when I let it out it can either be gone, quieter, or the same, and that's...
I just recently noticed my car has a random knocking sound after it's fully warm and has been driven a bit, but it varies in noise level, and sometimes sounds like it isn't there at all, but pressing in the clutch always makes it go away and letting the pedal back out is like 50/50 it'll go away...
Actualy besides a few ic pieces that were way to small I can't say anything bad about the work he did to it. Car ran great till a 7m retarded shop wired my safc. Then Toyota fixed it again.
dont remember who posted this but i saved it cause its 2 beautiful cars, and shows the difference between painted and unpainted.
and this is my car with clear smoked blinkers and side markers (and a horribly faded bumper)
I think they look kinda weird with the body line being lighter color than the whole car. I gotta find a way to post pics with my iPhone tomorrow, someone posted 2 white bodies side by side, one with paint matched one with the blackish grey.
Maybe things have changed but i read through the "aem tuning" thread a few months ago and I remember it being suggested to just use a tru boost to avoid the hassle of the ems controlling boost.
