Ive put in 3.2 qts before and have had oil all over the driveshaft.... Make sure ^ you do as told above. Take out the actual fill plug up top and fill through the shifter. When it starts to oooze out of the fill plug, you're golden - 3 qts or not.

The AEM is more user friendly than the MOTEC. If you want something that will do every thing but wipe your ass, go with the MOTEC.

Newb - You need to worry about getting major mechanical / electrical / fueling things taken care of before you go looking for petty pretty things to spend money on.

You can tune it yourself with some simple engine support gauges (read - Wide band 02 sensor & gauge, water temp, oil pressure, boost pressure) and an safc with a AFPR. Go to your local dyno - do some reading about AFR's before you go - and spend some time on the dyno. The sp61 or the like...
