Well I messed up last night and over slept by 3 hrs. So they told me to stay home. I took advantage of the day and got her ready for the exhaust installation Wednesday. It is keeping the charge, so there should be no reason it won't get done.

Well I jumped it, and it started. Then after a minute of running with the cables off it died. I went to crank it but it had no juice. Thinking it might be the alternator.

I went to fire her up and the freaking battery is dead. Either I have a bad alternator or something is drawing on the battery when its off. I am just finishing up my vacation, so I got a lot of things done. Im gonna get this thing done now that things have calmed down over here.

    1j?

What year is your car and what tranny do you have? Jza70 will slide right into a 89+. The 1jzgte vvti is supposed to be really fun on the bottom end. Hell if you're gonna do a swap might as well go all the way and 2jzgte it.

Curious: After 2JZ swap, what does the "birdcage" mean NOW?

Never......? And the light never went off? Maybe it was never hooked up? And when you did the swap you hooked it up. By any chance did you have a bhg on your 7m?

If you're an mk3 owner: How do you respond when someone says, "It's just not a mk4"

Well I guess I was wrong. Everyone is driving the car they've always wanted. Somehow I doubt it. Along with being cheap mkiii owners aren't very honest.

If you're an mk3 owner: How do you respond when someone says, "It's just not a mk4"

A lot of mkiii owners down play the mkiv. I would say 95% of us would jump at the chance to own a mkiv. But we don't have one so we act like what we have is what would have choose given the chance. Lets be honest.
