    Bigger disks with nothing else?

the weak link is the lack of mass available to absorb heat due to repeated stops. The lack of cooling doesn't help either.

    What Else Should I Do??

ronnieK for the rack mount bushings. For the price of sway bar bushings, you may as well get a new set of sway bars which will include poly bushings.

Probe pistons (Will I be messed up?)

those weights seem like they account for the piston differences. Now that you've removed the weight from the pistons/rods, you can do the same from your crankshaft counterbalances to reduce rotating weight (if you have the means).

Probe pistons (Will I be messed up?)

if you have access to a precise scale, weigh the individual pistons and see what they come out at. They should be equal. This looks like a case of very poor quality control following manufacture.

    ebay wildwood brake kit

looks like a knockoff of the arz kit using lower quality, thinner rotors. if you can justify the $400 additional expense, go for the arz kit (I've got one, the fit and finish are fantastic, not to mention it uses an aluminum rotor hat and 1.38" thick rotor) and support a local vendor.

    Wiring Harness Terminals

correct, they are not interchangable. The original series connectors are discontinued, but they likely still make compatible connectors. Good luck finding them one-off though. Sumitomo's site really only caters to the OEMs. Dealers may still carry them though.

    Wiring Harness Terminals

no problem...i did the same thing with my fuel injectors and coil pack wiring to avoid hacking up a brand new harness so I understand where you are coming from.

    The Warm Up Process

start-up != 30 seconds....start up means exactly just that. Cranking and the first 1-3 seconds of firing before oil pressure has built up. All warming up your car for any longer than 30 seconds will do is waste fuel, and dilute your oil with fuel due to warm-up fuel enrichment. Warming up to...

    Wiring Harness Terminals

probably easiest to source the connector from a parts car/junk yard. The required terminals are those offerred on the eastern beaver page (sealed MT). These are the exact terminals used in the majority of plugs on our wiring harness. If you wanted, you could just use two of the 4-pin...
