I want to compare to one of my cranks with the RK. I measured my bad journal last night, it had opened up from ~.022mm clearance to around .054mm, not huge but enough that i could hear it every once in a while during a drive.

What weight oil are you running?
The BHG could have been in the making for months before making itself obvious.
It only takes a few water molecules in the wrong places to drive the oil away and ruin a critical surface.
Rodknock usually follows BHG.
Are you talking about the "#3 cylinder head cover" gasket, as shown in the tsrm?
And the large diameter allen bolts that hold it down, I think there's 3, down the center of the head from front to back?

slip a resistor in the plug. do a search for the code + maft pro and you'll find which resistance it is. doesn't matter what wattage the resistor is, or what direction with current its installed

Why would your main scale be -20, only to recover most of that in Mid and Hi Load?

+1 for fixing your ABS, it prevents accidents. You can't always anticipate other drivers and ABS can save your ass if you panic stomp the brakes.
Once they are fixed, pull the ABS fuse or remove/unplug the computer under the dash for your track visits.
