remember to replace your differential breather. If it is clogged, you will build pressure when the fluid warms up and you will blow out oil even with new seals.
you do realize pretty much any charcoal cannister will work on our cars...it doesn't have to be the ugly black round one. Several manufacturers make canisters that are mounted near the fuel tank as well if you are worried about asthetics.
My first thought was to add a connector to that line, but I couldn't bring myself to cut a new harness. Crimping those wires in the engine bay would have been a pain in the ass as well.
I know I should know the answer to this, but I am second guessing myself. Does the portion of the engine wiring harness containing the diagnostic block/ignitor plugs/etc route through the 2-3 intake runner gap or in front of the #1 runner? The wiring harness being installed is brand new so it...

not really, I just kind of made it up as I went along. It really helps to have a machine shop at your disposal. If you want, I can list everything you need to have made/purchase to make the conversion work.
