    is such a tool made, or is it a case of just taking the head to a machine shop with EDM capabilities? (had some EDM stuff done for me last week here at work and damn, you can machine some pretty tiny features with it)

    I used a 3.25 from siliconeintakes.com...it was a tight fit, but I got it on there. as with anything tight, lube helps ;)

    re-keying your lock cylinders will go a long way towards preventing theft with the shaved down key.

    I assume you've tried vise grips? It really shouldn't be that hard to un-thread the studs from the head.

    I'm thinking the turbo won't be around for long once I get the car running, so I'm not doing anything with it for now....I'm just going to put a heat shield on it. edit...the battery is in backwards so the poles don't accidentally touch the wiring harness.
